Geeky Drunk

Here could be a good geeky reason to finally get an iPhone for you sitting-on-the-fencers out there. Especially if you are a Guitar Hero geek, now you can try playing a “real guitar” on your iPhone. I mean, why pay a couple hundred dollars for an acoustic guitar or Mexican Fender when you can pay $80 for Guitar Hero, $160 for Rock Band and $399 for an iPhone so you can “play guitar?” …rant off.

For the serious guitarist who already has an iPhone, this looks pretty cool using Apple’s multi-touch feature. When you have free time and need to work on that Steve Vai lick - whip out your iPhone, put on your iPhone strap, reach between your legs and get your geeky rock on.

PocketGuitar is available as a free Google Code project download and can be installed on the iPhone and iPod Touch.
